Shipping Info




Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 situation our processing and shipping times may be extended by several days.


All Australian domestic orders are shipped with trusted delivery. 

As our deliveries are tracked, if the status of delivery is "delivered", the customer agrees to take all responsibility in the unlikely event that the parcel is stolen.

Eleven:11 Store will not be liable to replace or refund the items if they have gone missing after the courier has stated the item is delivered.

The customer must take all actions to retrieve their delivery if for the unlikely event of customs holding the delivery. 

If the delivery is not released Eleven:11 Store is not responsible and will not give a refund or replacement unless the items are returned. 

Tracking will be provided for all Parcels.


International Duties and Taxes

Duties, taxes, VAT, custom charges are not included in pricing or delivery fees. Please contact your taxing authority to determine what fees or taxes may apply to your order and how collection is handled.

International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an addition cost to you.
Reasons for “Return to Sender”
- incorrect/incomplete address
- failure to pick up from your local post office within their time frame
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.
